The Bike Park
Mountain Creek's Bike Park opens its off-road trails and high-speed gondola lift each spring. There's a downhill line for everyone from first-timers to World Cup competitors. The competition season kicks off with the Spring National ProGRT event.
1,000 feet of vertical drop across 52 trails, from rolling flow sections to technical switchbacks, jumps, and rock gardens. Bring your own bike or rent on site. For those looking to go bigger, there's a 50-foot jump airbag.
More on the mountain
Zoom Ziplines offers rides with views across the valley. Mountain Creek Waterpark is the place for a hot summer day: over 20 features including Canyon Cliffs, the lazy Colorado River, and a wave pool. The waterpark opens June 9th for the 2019 season.
For something a little different, TreEscape Aerial Adventure Park runs rope walkways suspended high in the forest canopy. Multi-sport fans can also sign up for duathlons and triathlons, with several events opening registration now.
After a day out, grab a bite at the Trailside Biergarten on site, or head into town for one of the local restaurants.
Beyond the mountain
Hiking trails, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding on the Black Creek and nearby waterways. Boating on Lake Pochung. There's enough here to fill a week without repeating yourself.
